- £50 refer a friend is only applicable, to new tenancies, in properties, listed on our single/double rooms or private hall pages.
- The referred tenant must sign a 12 month contract, at a property listed on our single/double rooms or private hall pages.
- The £50 referral fee will be paid by Lufbralets, once the new 12 month tenancy has begun, and the first rental payment has been received from the referred tenant.
